The physical therapy team at Valley Rehab is absolutely incredible. I worked with PT Joe who is up to date on current therapeutic guidelines and treatment for numerous conditions. He gave me his full attention for the entire visit and he listens really well to all of your concerns. The office staff is super kind and has easy scheduling. They show that they truly care about your recovery and personal goals. 10/10 recommend.

Valley Rehab was highly recommended to me by former patients and did not disappoint. I improved with each visit and was given instructions for home exercises between visits. My therapy actually took less visits than originally expected. Adam was my therapist and I highly recommend him. I saw Joe working with his patients and I would feel confident with him as well. The facility is very clean, well equipped, and has ample parking. The office manager was pleasant and helpful with insurance and appointments. If I need PT in the future I will return to Valley Rehab.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about this place and Joe, Adam and Emily?Just finished my physical therapy there. They are the best! Caring, knowledgeable and they have the answers to getting you back to good health. They are just the best place in town! Thanks guys for all the knowledge you shared with me.

I received the very best physical therapy and rehab following a recent shoulder surgery. Adam, Joe and Emily make the best team! Because of their expertise combined with my home therapy exercises, I was able to complete my in office therapy early. Now I can continue my exercises at home and continue my healing process. Thanks to everyone at Valley Rehab!

I highly recommend Valley rehabilitation and performance for your physical therapy needs. I pulled a muscle really bad in my lower back end of April and they got me back to normal life and helped me learn how to assess my pain and what to do to get rid of it. I will continue the exercises and they told me to call if i need to so the communication and commitment to their patients is great! Thank you for helping me get back to being able to do things i couldn't a month ago.

Thanks to Joe, I have a completely new outlook on life. I walked into his office feeling defeated, dealing with chronic neck and nerve pain. Now I’m back in the gym, sleeping through the night, and living my life again. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely listened to my concerns. Dr. Downing is very personable and forward-thinking with his approach to rehab, taking into account my lifestyle, activities, and capabilities. I have received care from Valley Rehab for my last two injuries and have returned to my normal routine healthy and strong. Always recommend!

Dr. Pomfret is an outstanding physical therapist. My range of motion has improved remarkably and the pain is completely gone. The facility is clean, bright, and pleasant to work in. I highly recommend this practice and doctor.

Upon my initial visit, I had lots of back and neck pain, limiting my ability to do regular daily activities. After about a month, I was in much better shape. My back pain has reduced significantly, as well as my neck pain. The environment is very friendly and easy going. I had a reversal shoulder replacement surgery done on March 24th this year & start therapy at Valley Rehab in April. I started off with Adam and Jacob. Which Jacob was going through his training the whole time I've had him so far. Last week was my last week with him so this week I've started with Adam. And I have been very impressed with how far along I have come in my therapy with these guys. They don't push you you do what you can do if it hurts stop. They are very good at what they do if you got questions they will answer them for you. And don't forget Emily she's really nice too she's a receptionist. So if you need a bicycle for therapy Valley Rehab is the best
